I created a reservation form with a multiple date range calendar picker.
Most of it is working but I would like to add prices, discounts and calculate the final checkout price.
Final checkout price should be visible, see design, and be added to a hidden input field as well... (I have my own checkout/payment software)
Not sure right now, but maybe the last submit button cc or PayPal (personal info and payment info) should submit 2 forms...

Overall:
- If you load the demo page and activate the calendar you will see that the holidays and/or events are not visible. After picking date and reopen calendar the holidays and/or events do show. This should be fixed.
- All unavailable dates +holidays +events should be visible.
- I would like to have the var settings in the html file and all other javacode in a .js file.
- Some vars will be used to set $ amount or %
