CSS Bootstrap 4 Expert Needed For Quick Job

Hi I am still learning Bootstrap 4 and the new, updated, form of coding and need a bit of help to fix and add a small amount of code to what I have made. I will give you all my code to update and send back to me. I am on a time restraint and do not have the time to try and work out these small things... I am sure it is quick and easy for someone who knows what they are doing. I only need this added once and the code needs to be as easy as possible so that I can add it to the website in multiple locations if I want to. I need this asap and am ready to hire now.
