Fix HTML button

I need the "Submit" button fixed in the "Contact" tab on [url removed, login to view] The problem is, currently on Internet Explorer (I'm using IE8), when you click on the bottom half of the button, the form does not end up getting submitted, and the upper half of the button disappears.
