Looking for a Webdesigner and Coder, which can first of all create an unique and fabulous Design and code it at the end, without a generator, with no template, directly hand made coded (handcrafted)

I am looking for somebody who is going to design my own new website. I have no time and I am looking for somebody, who can create an outstanding unique web design, but without using any kind of generator like Wix, WordPress, Joomla, Typo3,... I made for my clients handcrafted websites directly coded in HTML, PHP, Javascript, CSS and that's the reason, why I search somebody, that can create and can convince me with an original and fresh web design for my own company. There will be approx. 5-6 main tab items (navigation tab). About 3 of them with sub-navigation menu (expand on rollover). In the footer there will also be links/navigation points like imprint, links, terms and conditions, jobs, commission, etc. My desire and goal is to have a website that looks completely other then 99% of the normal community and webdesign companies and providers. So the design is first of all everything! But second it should be also coded clean, sustainable, understandable, from hand and without useless code like every generator is creating (full lines of codes which isn't needed). Of course I will give the correct navigation tab names and contents. But I need somebody who can show me some references/portfolio with websites he/she did, without a finished template or CMS like mentioned. I can be a little bit animated, but just fine. The user and future client should know exactly where he can click and how to navigate. I don't want a navigation or usability which is incomprehensible. No matter what industry the customer comes from, they need to be able to find their way around immediately. But the Design should be an eye-catcher, something special, something not seen on nearly every other website. If the Design is inspiring me and you can code it at the end directly in the PHP-File, so that I can edit it too and update it own my own, you can write me and I am positive curious of your work. It should really be other then the others, but nevertheless professional, outstanding, serious, fresh and helpful. Show me your skills, past projects and websites and maybe we can work together :-)
