hello i can do it. It is so easy for me , i did it my past. I am sure i can do it . I am a web developer and capable to fluently work with HTML/CSS also well knows PSD to HTML & Email Template. All the designs are responsive using bootstrap also know well updated html5, css3 & jQuery/jQuery UI and 100% responsive. I also like graphic designing. I use Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) more than 3 years.
