We are recruiting Mystery shoppers who would act as a channel for the companies to evaluate their customer experience.
• The assignment would involve visiting the allotted showroom/outlet/restaurant and evaluating it in terms of maintenance and customer experience.
• After the audit, the shopper would fill in a very simple questionnaire based on their experience.
• Mystery shoppers’ pay would vary from project to project and depending on the number of audits done.
We have a huge variety of shoppers registered with us: ranging from students to working professionals.
The minimum requirement to take up audits would be a good command over the regional language and English (to fill in the questionnaire) and basic computer knowledge (as the questionnaire would be filled online).
