The project that I would need done entails the following :
Firstly, let me give you a background of our business. We currently purchase items through the ebay website which come out to around 100+ purchases per day. Now what we do for these purchases is manaully enter them, track them, and then verify the product is correct upon receipt. I'm trying to fix two steps of this process those being the data entry part of it as well as the checking in process.
Here's what I will need to extract from the paypal website onto our CRM:
1. Seller Name (actual first and last name provided on receipt from paypal sometimes company name)
2. Seller eBay ID name
3. Item number (somehow make a way to hyperlink this directly to the eBay website so I could just click on it and have it pop up on a new window or browswer)
4. Item description
5. The ebay ID I used to make this purchase (this information would simply be the name on the address the item we bought is being shipped to and this is because we have multiple people buying on multiple accounts)
6. Date the transaction was completed
7. Total of the transaction
This is a brief summary of the data entry portion of what I need done.
For the checking in process I need a way to where when we have the Purchase Order opened after locating it in the CRM I need to be able to have a way to then scan each item we received in the box by its UPC code and being able to type in a price and quantity value to add up to the corresponding total.
