I have submitted a ticket to [url removed, login to view] customer service. You obviously are doing work on other customer apps but are ignoring my repeated Skype inquiries and have blocked my emails. You promise a deadline but then don't deliver.
IF I press Phase 1 "On" Select "Shoulder Roll" and then set "Left/Right" "Start Day" and "End Day" parameters and then press "Done" and THEN go back and re-open it, the Phase I automatically turns off (instead of staying on). It's as if I did nothing. It does not retain settings.
