Create the Facebook Application named: Wanna dine with me?

Objectives: !Reach as many likes as possible on my facebook page!

How it works: I open the application Whanna dine with me? and I can choose friends from my facebook account with who I'd like to dine. They will receive a notification like: Wanna see who want's to dine with you?

The application must act like a virus, because I want that all my fb friend to get a notification like this. (even if I don't want to dine with them and I don't select them)

If they want to see the answer, they have to like my facebook page and/or install the aplication.

I want efficiency and simplicity.

I am open to hear ideas and advices.
