Provide a verbal reference -- 2

Hi. I've a job offer and although can provide a written reference from HR (as standard pactice), the company needs a verbal reference from a previous manager. My previous manager is unable to do that due to company policy so I need someone to step in as a proxy!

The task would mean speaking to a external recruitment consultant (working on behalf of the company) and providing an verbal reference. The content and context can be agreed onec the job is allocated,

I'd prefer someone older who has a bit of senior management experience.
