We're an energetic and ever-growing e-shop on the hunt for a customer service queen to manage our customer service- emails, phone support and live chat.
You need to be as energetic (at least!) as us and very committed (we're like a family)
We are looking for organized people, with a work ethic, administrative skills, fast with computer and great with people. You should be patient and friendly with our customers over the phone and at the same time be able to manage those tough angry customers without being intimidated.
This is a long term job.
Mon-Fri- 7 hours a day- emails, phone support, live chat
Sat-Sun- 2 hours a day- emails only
$1500-$1800 a month.
We prefer new yorkers.
