Bilingual Telecaller For Retail Upsells

I need a confident caller who can speak fluent Hindi and native-level Chhattisgarhi to contact my retail customers. Your main tasks are to confirm each order and smoothly introduce relevant add-on items so we increase overall sales. To be effective here you will need: • Previous experience with outbound or confirmation calls • Good, listener-friendly communication skills • Basic computer knowledge for updating the call sheet or CRM Each day I’ll share a spreadsheet of customers. You return it with outcome codes, brief notes, and any successful upsells. A target of about 50 quality calls per shift keeps us on track. Mention similar retail campaigns you’ve handled and the dialer or CRM you prefer. Solid performance can turn this into a long-term role as our order volume grows.
