We are an e-commerce trading company and we are looking for a customer service agent who is fluent in both Arabic and English and can dedicate 10 hours a day to help us in the following on different social media platforms:
- Answering customers comments and inquiries
- Answering customers messages and getting customers orders
- Follow up with clients and offer discounts
- Prepare orders list
Successful candidates must be able to dedicate 10 hours a day , 6 days a week.
