You will be the first point of contact for every guest who walks through our doors or reaches us online. I need each interaction to feel welcoming, efficient, and—most importantly—focused on solving the customer’s immediate needs. In practice that means: • Greeting guests promptly with a friendly, professional tone. • Handling cash or card transactions accurately and keeping the line moving. • Guiding customers through their questions about product pricing and current discounts—the topic we’re asked about most. Speed matters, but clarity matters more. If a customer doesn’t understand our price structure or latest promotion, you’ll explain it in plain language and confirm they’re satisfied before closing the conversation. I’ll supply updated rate sheets and discount calendars; you’ll keep them at your fingertips and reference them confidently. To keep service consistent, every interaction should end with a quick confirmation that all concerns are resolved, followed by a courteous farewell. When issues fall outside standard questions, escalate to me or the shift lead right away so we maintain a seamless experience. Deliverables: • Real-time customer interactions handled through our POS/chat/phone system during your shift. • A brief end-of-day log noting common pricing questions, any escalations, and resolution status.
