Pondré en marcha la prueba piloto de atención al cliente exclusivamente por WhatsApp Business para medir tiempos de respuesta, tono y claridad en consultas generales. Gestionaré cada mensaje entrante, organizaré la cola de atención y responderé con tus guiones estándar, incorporando respuestas personalizadas cuando la situación lo requiera, manteniendo siempre un estilo cordial y profesional. Registraré cada interacción en Google Sheets con: hora de llegada, tiempo de respuesta y estado de la consulta (abierta, resuelta, seguimiento). El entregable incluirá acceso al registro completo de conversaciones, plantillas de respuesta actualizadas con mejoras y un informe breve con observaciones sobre preguntas frecuentes y oportunidades para optimizar el flujo. Si el piloto funciona, dejaré la base preparada para ampliar a Facebook e Instagram, asegurando continuidad del tono, estructura de respuestas y trazabilidad de métricas.

The hardest part of this job is setting up the WhatsApp Business account and the Google Sheet to track interactions so the data flows correctly from the start. I will build this by first configuring the WhatsApp Business API, linking it to a dedicated business number, so that messages are properly received and organized. Then I will create the Google Sheet with columns for timestamp, customer query, response time, and status, and set up a system, likely using a basic script or webhook, to automatically log each incoming message and the time of my response. I will handle messages by reviewing the content and selecting a pre-written script from your provided library, or composing a custom response when needed, always aiming for that cordial and professional tone you described. I would build the WhatsApp Business integration first, so that message intake is functional before I focus on the tracking sheet. How will you handle situations where a customer's query doesn't fit neatly into any of the standard scripts, and you need to improvise a personalized response? In the first day or two, I will have the WhatsApp Business account live and ready to receive messages, with the initial Google Sheet structure in place.
