I’m looking for an experienced customer service representative who can own our email inbox and live-chat channel from first “hello” through to complete resolution. On any given day you’ll answer product questions, calm an upset customer, and enter or amend orders directly in our system—always keeping response times low and satisfaction scores high. You’ll work inside the same tools the rest of the team relies on: our cloud-based CRM to pull customer history, a dedicated help-desk platform to track tickets, and an email management dashboard that keeps workload transparent. If you already move comfortably among those three environments, you’ll ramp up fast. Because most enquiries are written, strong, personable writing is essential. I value clear, concise answers that anticipate follow-up questions and leave the customer feeling heard. When a case needs escalation, I expect accurate notes so any teammate can pick up the thread without asking the customer to repeat themselves.
