What a year its been huh? Soon this year will be in our rear view mirror. My name is John and found a few good VRs already and needing one more to join the team. Here is what I am looking for: 1. Someone to help with: a. Phones (phone orders, order status and customer service). b. eMails (responding to customers various requests). c. Adding and editing parts to the website. d. Other activities associated with the business in general (picture editing and uploading, content creation etc.) 2. Must: a. Work with others and follow instructions. b. Ask a lot of questions. c. Help the team with any questions they might have. d. Be able to work 40 hours a week. (Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm / New York time / no weekends) e. Have a solid internet connection. f. Have reliable electric and internet service. g. Needs little to no supervision. Our business is a niche section of the auto parts industry and we have a large internet presence is this space. I am looking for someone that can learn quickly, a self starter and articulate. We are easy to work with and do not micro manage. We love questions, the more questions the happier we are. We hope and expect you to ask us lots of questions. Job will be part time to start with a trial period of 4 week. Must be able to perform all work via anydesk. Be safe and hope to hear from you soon.
