My business serves a mixed English- and Spanish-speaking customer base, so every interaction has to flow smoothly in both languages. The day-to-day work breaks down into three main areas: Customer service Incoming calls and email inquiries arrive throughout U.S. business hours. You’ll pick up the phone, greet callers, resolve basic issues, and escalate anything outside the playbook I’ll provide. The same goes for email—answer promptly, follow templates when they apply, and flag anything that needs my direct input. (Live chat is not in use right now, but the process you set up should be flexible enough to add it later.) Telemarketing A vetted list of prospects is ready for outreach. After a short briefing you’ll place outbound calls, introduce our service, record call outcomes, and schedule follow-ups when prospects show interest. All scripts, rebuttals, and CRM access will be provided. Data entry Every call and email ends with an update to our cloud database. Accuracy is crucial: contact details, timestamps, and call notes need to be logged without delay so marketing automations fire correctly.
