Enrollment Specialist for Student Leads

I’ll be feeding you a steady stream of qualified student enquiries generated from our advertising campaigns; what I need is someone who can jump on each lead the moment it lands, talk or chat with the student, and guide them all the way to a paid enrollment. Your daily routine will revolve around three touch-points—phone calls & WhatsApp chats—so you should be equally comfortable switching from a persuasive call to a quick chat reply without losing momentum. Speed and warmth are critical: the faster you respond, the higher the close rate, and the better your commission. You’ll receive full training on the programs we offer, common objections, fee structures, and any current promotions. I’ll also give you access to our CRM and WhatsApp Business account so every interaction is logged and trackable. Deliverables I expect • Prompt, professional engagement with every assigned lead through phone, live chat, or WhatsApp • Accurate CRM notes after each conversation • A clear “won” or “lost” status for every lead by week’s end If you have a proven telephone manner, strong written chat etiquette, and the mindset to treat every enquiry as a sale waiting to happen, let’s talk and start enrolling students together on a commission-only basis. ₹600 to ₹1500 per student conversation Note : Only Indians needed for this work.
