I'm looking for an experienced call center team to manage outbound calls for my project. The main objective is to contact over 100 calls daily to various insurance companies to gather status updates on various insurance claims efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Initiate outbound calls to insurance companies. - Inquire and document the status of insurance claims. - Manage and update call records accurately. - Communicate updates and findings to our team promptly. **Ideal Skills and Experience:** - Ability to speak English clearly and fluently. - Proven experience in outbound call management, preferably in the insurance sector. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly and effectively. - Strong organizational skills to manage and record call outcomes accurately. - Experience in negotiating and problem-solving on the phone. - Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology.
