I need a pair of detail-oriented medical assistants who can move smoothly between front-line patient care and lightning-quick billing work. On the clinical side you will welcome patients, take vitals, keep the EHR tidy and accurate, and generally make sure every visit runs on time. As soon as the encounter is complete you jump straight into billing: generating patient invoices, coding accurately (ICD-10 / CPT), and closing out payments without delays. Fast, error-free invoicing is critical for us, so familiarity with common practice-management and clearing-house software will be a plus. You’ll also handle the small but important task of “taking out items” — reconciling supplies used during the visit so stock levels stay current and billing reflects actual materials consumed. Deliverables I expect: • Daily patient vitals and visit notes entered in the EHR by close of business • Same-day invoices issued for every completed appointment • Weekly summary report of payments received and outstanding, with any supply-usage adjustments noted If you thrive on both patient interaction and precise back-office work, I’d love to hear how quickly you can start.
