I need those customer-service questions handled promptly, accurately, and in a friendly tone during part-time hours that we can agree on together (roughly 3–4 hours spread across peak periods each weekday, with flexibility to adjust as traffic shifts). You will log in to our existing chat widget (currently Zendesk Chat, though a quick learner on Intercom, LiveChat, or similar tools will feel right at home) and: • greet visitors within seconds, • resolve common inquiries using our knowledge base, • escalate technical issues or refund requests to the internal team via Slack, and • compile a short end-of-shift summary so I can track recurring questions. Fluent written English, a calm tone, and prior customer-service chat experience are essential. Familiarity with basic e-commerce workflows—order lookup, coupon codes, shipment status—will make the job smoother from day one.
