I'm looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to handle inquiries primarily via phone. The role involves supporting customers, drivers, and restaurant staff, with a focus on resolving order issues. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer, driver, and restaurant staff inquiries - Primarily address order-related issues - Ensure timely and effective communication - Provide excellent customer service - Keep customers and restaurant staff updated on the status of their orders. - Accurately log all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. - Manage and resolve escalations from angry or dissatisfied customers. The ideal candidate will have: - Exceptional phone communication skills - Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant or delivery context - Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor - Problem-solving skills to address order-related issues effectively This role is part-time. The preferred working hours are weekday evenings.
