I’m looking for help with day–to–day customer care delivered strictly by phone. Your role will be to answer incoming calls, resolve general questions about our products and services, and make sure each caller leaves the conversation satisfied. The work is pure general customer service: no outbound sales targets, no deep-dive technical troubleshooting. You should be comfortable speaking clearly, logging each interaction in our help-desk/CRM system, and escalating anything you can’t resolve to the internal team. I value empathy, a calm tone under pressure, and reliable availability during the agreed-upon shift. If you have prior call-center or phone support experience and can start soon, I’d love to hear how you can keep our callers happy and our response times low.
