The ultimate metric is simple: a meaningful lift in overall property sales. You will be working with a steady stream of leads who have already expressed interest in owning a home or investment property. Your job is to: • Engage them quickly and confidently by phone • Uncover needs, address objections, and present the right property match • Secure verbal commitment and hand off to our closing team (or close directly when feasible) • Record every interaction in our CRM and supply a concise end-of-day summary Success is measured weekly by deals progressed and sales finalized. A strong consultative tone, active listening, and a knack for translating features into real-life benefits for individual buyers are essential. CRM proficiency and reliable call quality are non-negotiable—everything else, including scripts and product details, will be provided the moment we start.
