Your core mission is to answer incoming customer calls, resolve issues or route them to the appropriate team, and log each interaction accurately. Friendly, clear, and professional communication is essential, as most callers are non-technical but expect quick, concise answers. Key expectations: • Receive and place customer calls during my designated business hours (we’ll agree the exact shift). • Follow my existing call-handling scripts while adding a personal touch when needed. • Record call outcomes in our ticketing system and keep neat, up-to-date notes. • Flag recurring issues so we can improve self-help resources. You need a stable internet connection, a noise-free workspace, and familiarity with common VoIP tools such as Zendesk Talk or Five9. If you also know Spanish or Mandarin that’s a bonus, but fluent English is non-negotiable.
