We are seeking a proactive and organized receptionist to support our home services business in the painting niche. The ideal candidate will manage incoming calls RingCentral, schedule appointments in Hubspot, and provide exceptional customer service. This role is part time 20-30hr week to start with coverage needed: M-F - 7-8am and 6-8pm Sat - 9am - 2pm and 4pm - 8pm Sun - 4pm - 8pm * All times in EST Please record a video of you reading the following script as if you were talking to a potential caller: Section 1: Intro - First impressions are everything. “Hi, is this [client first and last name]?” -pause for response- “Hi, [client first name], this is [your name] with Highfill Painting. How’re you doing today?” -pause for response- “Good to hear! I’m calling because I see that you’ve requested a quote for an [interior painting/exterior painting/cabinet refinishing] project, is that right?” -pause for response- “Wonderful, we’d be happy to help with that!
