I want to run a very simple customer-service mini-project that middle-schoolers (SMP level) can manage on their own. The idea is for them to reply to incoming messages on WhatsApp and Telegram, learn basic etiquette, and get a taste of real-world responsibility. Because there is no existing playbook, I need you to build everything from scratch: • a concise reply script covering greetings, FAQs, polite closings, and escalation cues • a short “when to escalate” flowchart they can understand at a glance • practical tips on tone, speed, and emoji use that fit WhatsApp and Telegram culture • a lightweight daily log template (Google Sheet or similar) so they can track who they helped and any unresolved issues Keep the language simple—think 13- to 15-year-old learners—and make sure the examples feel natural in Indonesian. If you have creative ideas to make the experience fun (gamified badges, mini-quizzes, etc.), feel free to suggest them; I’m open as long as the core deliverables above are met. I’ll test the material with a small student group. Once they can handle sample chats confidently and log everything correctly, I’ll consider the project complete and release final payment.
