Part-Time: Team Coordinator (Work from Home) We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and communication-friendly individual to join our jewellery brand as a Part-Time Customer Support & Order Coordination Executive. Responsibilities - Make 4–5 order confirmation calls daily to customers. - Reply to customer inquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram. - Coordinate with the internal team regarding order status and updates. - Send dispatch and tracking details to clients via WhatsApp. - Assist in basic AI-related tasks using prompts provided by our team. - Review AI-generated images and identify which outputs look realistic, premium, and suitable for our brand. - Provide feedback on jewellery designs and have a good sense of what makes a modern, appealing jewellery piece. Requirements - Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi preferred). - Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls. - Familiar with WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic online tools. - Laptop-friendly and comfortable working remotely. - Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills. - Basic understanding of aesthetics, fashion, jewellery, or luxury products is a plus. - Ability to identify high-quality AI-generated images and visual content. - If you are based in Ahmedabad, that is an added advantage.
