Seeking a virtual assistant for a Furnished Apartments Business. This requires a commitment of 2-3 days a week 100% virtual interactions, make your own schedule. Looking for candidates with a background in: Marketing, social media management, PR, media, sales. Zen Heights specializes in furnished apartment accommodations and this position will remain virtual. Preferred Qualifications: HS Diploma or Equivalent Own Computer/laptop with strong reliable wifi Organized & Detailed Passionate & Eager Available for light work on weekends Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired Project management skills Potential Duties: Social Media Schedule 3 - 5 posts weekly per social media account up to 5 Light Graphic Design/Template repetition via Canva Internal Marketing Create a monthly newsletter via LinkedIn for our company Website updates - wording and availability New Client Onboarding Send Onboarding Email & collect data needed to begin new contracts Client Relations Appointment setting Customer check in and Check out Additional Tasks Market research Creating email templates Check-in with CEO to see if they need anything Help to facilitate FB Content What the perfect candidate looks like: A grammar police type personality! Is meticulous and pays attention to detail Has experience keeping a creative mind in line Resourceful when it comes to figuring things out and making them happen. Extremely tech-savvy & willing to learn more Can work alone and don’t need your handheld every step of the way Doesn't mind working with tight deadlines or on multiple projects at a time Personable & great communicator ( can trust you to talk to my clients) No such thing as “That’s not in my job description" Can handle feedback.
