Our company is in need of a customer service representative who can
help us handle all online helpdesk support tickets for our Internet
Marketing membership site.
We require the following of our candidates:
- Must had excellent written English skills
- Must be ENGLISH SPEAKING
- Must be available on Skype or other Instant Messenger
- Must have existing online helpdesk user experience. You must have
used an online helpdesk system before. Please provide which the
name of the one you have used.
- Must be an independent thinker
- Must be analytical and be able to solve satisfaction issues
through carefully thought out communication
- Must be customer-focused
- Must be time-efficient
- Basic understanding of Internet Marketing and Affiliate Marketing
including landing pages, hyperlinks, and basic advertising platforms
Some of the tasks to be performed:
- Handle all outstanding customer support helpdesk tickets
- Manage member accounts
- Manage orders and process refunds and communications
- Create online accounts as needed
- Update our blog(s) as needed
- Update our social media accounts
- Prepare content to copy on our sites internally & externally
- Other related support/content duties
