- reply customer requests in Live Chat, by phone, e-mail, our online helpdesk.
- be online (in Live Chat) at least 5 hours from a range 8:00am-5:00pm (EDT, GMT-5), Mon-Fri
- be ready answer phone calls within 8 hours/day.
- up to 60 e-mail/online helpdesk requests monthly
- up to 12 hours of live help chatting or phone calls monthly
- fluent spoken and written English skills;
- polite and gentle communication style;
- experienced PC user; Windows Xp/Vista/7, networking.
- wish and ability to learn deeply the software provided.
- reliability and responsibility.
