- ability be online 8 hours (at least 4 hours should be in a range of 8:00am-5:00pm (EDT, NY time), Mon-Fri.
- fluent written English;
- fluent spoken English skills would be appreciated;
- knowledge: experienced PC user; Windows Xp/Vista/7, networking, Virtual PC.
- wish and ability to learn deeply the software provided.
- reply customer requests by e-mail, online helpdesk or forum, live chat.
- answer phone calls (when spoken skills are present).
Average estimated daily work load:
- 3-5 written e-mails (when online, estimated reply time 1-2 hours);
- 1-3 live chats (up to 1 hour in total)
- may be 1-2 phone calls
