Your primary job will be to answer emails we get from our prospects and customers in Brazil. You will log onto our support email once every day. Work load will fluctuate and can be as little as 20 minutes on some days and an hour or more during (currently rare) peak times. For now we'll start with a low work load as a test. You will also take care of simple VA tasks in Portuguese such as proof reading, etc.
I have made the observation that there are two kinds of customer support agents. One kind thinks their job is to empty the inbox. To handle all requests and check them off as "done". The second type of customer support agent makes his goal a RAVING FAN customer who will recommend our services to everyone they know. He treats the people that write in as friends rather than "customers".
The right person for this position will be meticulous and resourceful in their work with great attention to detail, IMPECCABLY punctual and a great communicator. They will make their own hours (so long as emails get answered once a day) and be part of a fast growing successful company that is currently making a big splash in our industry and in Brazil.
