We're on the search for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist for a part-time (4 hours/day) position to enhance our customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Handle communication via emails, live chat, and social media. - Efficiently answer client inquiries. - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. - Share accurate product information. - Amend product orders and customer accounts in Shopify as required. Ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer service. Excellent problem-solving skills, knowledge about our product line, and a can-do attitude are essential. Training will be provided to ensure familiarity with our product and company policies.
