Customer service provides fast, friendly service by actively reaching out to The Social Movement’s partners to assess their needs, answer questions, provide assistance, and help onboard new partners into The Social Movement’s ecosystem. This position interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are required for candidates.
Customer service agents will work alongside executive producers and producers as well as other departments to communicate about partners’ needs and field questions. Agents will also update producers weekly about their respective partners for onboarding account creation.
Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
Coordinating appointments/photoshoots for partners
High energy, friendly, enjoys speaking to people, highly organized, excellent problem-solving skills, customer-oriented
Excellence in communication skills
2+ years of experience in customer service
Expert in Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook (In order to field general questions about how to post or change things on social media), Outlook, XLS, Calendly, Paypal, Zoom
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience with Sales Flare (CRM Tool)
