I'm looking for someone to handle our company phone calls and emails periodically. It would be approximately 10-15 calls/emails per week. It would involve scheduling times to meet with customers as well as explaining and booking portable toilet rentals. Key Responsibilities: - Handling customer service inquiries over the phone. - Responding to customer service emails, primarily inquiries. Ideal Candidate: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Prior experience in customer service is highly preferred. - Able to work during business hours. - must be able to speak clear english The freelancer should expect a low volume of calls and emails. The work hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM.
