We are hiring for a full-time role at our large Australian consulting company Health Care Providers Association. Health Care Providers Association are looking to provide a 38 hour a week fixed contract to those who have experience in providing customer support and product delivery.
The candidates will be responsible for the product delivery for our Family Day Care Product and Immunisation Product.
This includes support throughout the Product’s Lifecycle, including:
- Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
- Application completion and submission
- Product processes/ system processes
- Customer Support and Management
It is a requirement to have good communication and grammar skills.
- You will be provided all of the training.
- Long term contract (1-3+ years if suitable)
- Learn a whole range of new skills
