At the moment we are scaling and we are specifically looking for skilled and talented people to become tenant and property management assistants You will be working in the operations, helping provide the best experience for tenants and effective management of properties with varying tasks meaning you can grow and learn new skills Your tasks will involve but not be limited to: - Property Assistant - Ensuring properties/rooms are filled with tenants - Staying on top of properties/rooms coming available and needing to be re-let - Vetting & Referencing tenant applicants - Organising & Liaising with contractors to carry out build work, repairs, servicing and maintenance (Resolving resolving requests by tenants) - Liaising with tenants for access - Listing properties online and posting notices re/room availability - Ensuring all Tenancy Agreements and Contracts are up to date - Marketing photography - Booking mandatory compliance checks for properties e.g. Gas Safety - Organising & Booking property viewings - Carrying out property inspections - Tenant Referencing - Replying to emails - Taking phone messages - Making phone calls - Scheduling Meetings/appointments - General admin support - Booking viewings, valuation appointments - Liaising with cleaners/housekeepers, gardeners etc. Experience: 1 year in a similar related role Education: Secondary Education Communicate: Must be able to effectively communicate in English both written and Oral and be comfortable on the phone This position is part-time. Familiarity with property management software is essential.
