About This Opportunity
Gift Card Impressions (GCI) is looking for a temporary Customer Service Representative to provide tier 1 customer support during our seasonal increase in consumer calls. In addition, this position will assist with other projects in the office.
Gift Card Impressions (GCI) is looking for a temporary Customer Service Representative to provide tier 1 customer support during our seasonal increase in consumer calls in addition to other projects in the office.
Answer incoming consumer calls and emails.
Provide Tier 1 customer support to consumers.
Enter and track cases in Netsuite, and provide updates to the digital team.
May be requested to perform other miscellaneous tasks/duties to support other teams as time allows.
-Must be able to work 11/1 through the end of the year 40 hours/week (FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE).
-Would be required to work Tuesday through Saturday (REMOTELY).
-2+ years of Customer services experience.
-Over the phone customer service experience.
-Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Must have excellent typing and documentation skills.
--Ability to participate and complete mandatory training (this schedule may be different from your production schedule upon hiring).
-Must be able to work 11/1 through the end of the year 40 hours/week. This is a contract assignment.
