We are based in Los Angeles and provide online marketing services to businesses.
We're looking for a reliable, honest and capable Virtual Assistant to provide customer support via live chat and Zendesk and handle email management.
Must be able to start immediately
Hours: Preference may be given to applicants with the weekend, holiday availability and 2 years working experience in the related field.
A reliable internet home connection is a must
Laptop or computer with a hard-wired internet connection
Google Chrome (latest version to the third oldest is acceptable)
Mac 10.9+ or Windows 8, 8.1, 10
Minimum 4Gb of RAM (8Gb recommended)
Processor: 2 GHz or faster 32-bit or 64-bit
Optimal screen resolution is 1280 x 1024 or better
-Managing software (experience using Jarvee is preferred but not required.)
-Email Marketing Management (experience using Mailwizz is preferred but not required.)
-Other admin tasks as needed.
Proficient in Google Docs, Spreadsheet, MS Excel
Knowledge and experience in Jarvee, Mailwizz preferred but not required
Excellent written English skill using proper grammar and spelling
Experience in customer support using Zendesk
Any other valuable skills you may have will be a plus
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
Have the mindset of problem-solving
Ability to learn quickly
Is self-motivated and dedicated to the role (s)he’s been assigned.
Preference may be given to technically inclined applicants with experience in marketing, writing. Customer support
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred but not required.)
