We are looking for English speaking freelancers to act as our "prospective Client" and test the quality of phone call responses from our customer support / front-desk team.
We will provide a checklist of items to observe during the phone call. The testers should carefully observe the items mentioned in the checklist, complete it and send back the report to us every week and on-demand (within the next 24 hrs).
We require the freelancers to make at least 15 phone calls in a week (including weekends and public holidays) to the service number we provide.
The calls have to made at random time zones (if possible also from different country phone numbers) with more emphasis on - before and after Singapore business hours.
The freelancers will bear the costs of the phone calls.
