We are an American/Canadian virtual call center looking for someone who is friendly & confident on the phone and via text to respond IMMEDIATELY to our customers needs and over-communicate with them. You must have an American, Canadian, English, Scottish, Irish, Australian, New Zealand accent when speaking over the phone.
We cover messaging and phone calls for multiple businesses mainly within the home services industry. You will be sending initial messages and estimates out to customers as soon as you receive their leads.
We will set this up to send a notification to your phone at which point you will drop what you are doing and message them + enter their information into our system.
You will not be working constantly- in total you will only be working 1 hour per day or less but the key is that we need you to always be near your phone or computer and ready to respond QUICKLY to any requests.
