Virtual Assistant for Real Estate -- 2

Looking for someone who can speak English fluently and understands real estate. Prefer at least 2 years' experience must be able to hold a normal conversation, while obtaining information about the client and figuring out their goal. Must be able to figure out their motivation to sell, how soon they want to sell and close, obtain a ballpark figure of how much they want to sell for, and what condition the home is in. Must be ambitious and have great follow up time, we prefer smiling faces, and we strongly encourage positivity. This is a part time position which means we’re not looking for someone to work more than 40 hours per week but less than that. Must be able to speak fluent English or at least fake an English accent due to the primary work being in the United States. Must be easy to train and eager to move up in the company and have a strong work ethic. We pay bi-weekly and healthy commissions.
