Basic office administration involving day to day business activities. Position will be progressive as time and skills allow which will also allow for increased compensation. Incoming customer calls and chat. Setting up projects in CRM/Project Management system. Manage booking. Managing client projects including timeline, uploading files, following up, and project close out. Striving to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction is priority through constant communication before, during and after project completion.
