Australian Residential Property Data Analysis

I need a detail-minded specialist to work exclusively with Australian residential property information sourced through the paid portals I already subscribe to. Your core responsibilities will be simple - extract the required datasets from those portals in the exact structure - its a simple pdf document. Save all of the information and email me back a zip folder. The portals give full legal access to recent sales, current listings and historic market trends, so you will not need to hunt for additional sources—just log in with the credentials I provide and get straight to work. Accuracy is critical because my investment decisions rely on this data. Deliverables PDFs of the requested data Acceptance criteria • Work delivered within the agreed timeline and formatted exactly as outlined above If you have a strong track record in property data extraction especially within the Australian market, let’s move forward. This is a simple task.
