Automated Excel/other files Data Analysis Report Using AI (open)

I handle a steady flow of Excel files and need the data inside them analysed automatically, end-to-end. Right now I spend hours opening each workbook, running formulas, and shaping the results into a clear, “analysed report” for clients. I want a single-click solution that ingests the raw spreadsheets and returns that finished report every time. Here’s what the finished workflow should do: • Detect or accept the source Excel file(s) • Perform all required data analysis — the same steps I currently run manually (formulas, look-ups, pivots, or other logic we agree on) • Generate the final analysed report as either a new worksheet, a separate workbook, or another format we decide on (PDF is fine if it can be produced programmatically) • Run repeatedly without breaking when new data structures or row counts appear, as long as column headers stay consistent I’m happy for you to build this in the environment you know best: Python with pandas, VBA macros, Power Query, or another tool—just keep it maintainable and clearly commented so I can adjust small items later if needed. Acceptance criteria 1. I trigger the automation (button, macro, or command line) and point it at a fresh Excel file. 2. The script completes without manual intervention and produces the analysed report in the agreed format. 3. Sample runs on at least two different workbooks show identical results to my existing manual reports.
