I am seeking an experienced systematic-review researcher to comprehensively revise and finalize a manuscript and its supplementary files. The work must follow PRISMA 2020 and report only procedures that have actually been completed and verified. Scope of work: 1. Verify and standardize the review period as 2016–2025 throughout the title, abstract, Methods, Results, tables, PRISMA diagram, and supplementary files. 2. Verify the searches in PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase, and Web of Science. Provide: * Exact database-specific search strings; * Search dates and limits; * Search histories or exports; * Records identified from each database; and * Confirmation that eligible 2025 publications were systematically searched. If the original searches cannot be verified, they must be rerun and documented. Search details or counts must not be invented. 3. Reconcile the study corpus. Current working figures are: * 64 numbered reports; * 1 duplicate removed; * 63 unique reports; * 4 excluded reports; and * 59 potentially included studies. These figures must be independently verified rather than automatically accepted. 4. Retrieve and assess the six reports currently available only as abstracts or partial texts. Update their eligibility, extracted data, and quality assessment as appropriate. 5. Prepare a complete PRISMA 2020 flow diagram showing: * Records identified from each database; * Duplicates removed; * Records screened; * Full texts assessed; * Full-text exclusions with reasons; and * Final number of included studies. 6. Create one comprehensive included-studies table covering every final included study, with at least: * First author; * Publication year; * Country; * Sample size; * Study design; * Clinical domain or outcome; * MRI sequences; * Segmentation method; * Validation method; and * Other variables relevant to the review objectives. 7. Complete an independent second-reviewer RQS assessment. The second assessment must be performed independently by another qualified reviewer—not by the same person rescoring the studies. Please provide: * Separate item-level scores from Reviewer 1 and Reviewer 2; * A disagreement and adjudication record; * Final consensus scores; and * Inter-rater agreement where appropriate. 8. Recalculate and revise all Results, tables, figures, percentages, and narrative statements after the final corpus and RQS scores are confirmed. 9. Ensure that one confirmed timeframe and one confirmed number of included studies appear consistently across the manuscript, PRISMA diagram, extraction table, RQS workbook, and supplements. 10. Remove journal-specific placeholders or MDPI/Biomedicines template elements unless a target journal is later confirmed. Do not include wording that guarantees acceptance or publication. Required deliverables: * Clean, finalized Word manuscript; * Word version with tracked changes; * Complete reproducible search-strategy appendix; * Database search records and count-reconciliation sheet; * PRISMA 2020 flow diagram and checklist; * Comprehensive included-studies table; * Final RQS workbook containing both reviewers’ scores and consensus results; * Updated supplementary materials; and * A response matrix explaining how every requested issue was resolved. Acceptance criteria: * All numerical values are internally consistent and traceable to source records. * No incomplete placeholders or unverified methodological claims remain. * The Methods describe only procedures genuinely completed. * The second RQS review is demonstrably independent. * The manuscript and all supplementary files form one finalized, consistent submission package. Please respond with your systematic-review and RQS experience, database access, availability of an independent second reviewer, proposed timeline, total fee, and the source documents you require before starting.

Systematic reviews require methodological rigor that separates reproducible research from unverifiable claims—this manuscript needs structural audit across every numerical claim, database search, and reviewer assessment. The scope demands independent verification of search strategies across PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science; reconciliation of the 64-report corpus with documented exclusion reasoning; retrieval and reassessment of six partial-text studies; and a genuine second-reviewer RQS assessment with disagreement tracking and consensus adjudication. These are non-negotiable components under PRISMA 2020. Deliverables include a fully traced, internally consistent manuscript; reproducible search-strategy appendix with dated records; PRISMA flow diagram mapped to actual screening decisions; comprehensive included-studies table with standardized variables; and final RQS workbook demonstrating independent reviewer scores, disagreement logs, and consensus resolution. A response matrix will document how every flagged inconsistency was resolved. Timeline: 4–5 weeks. Requires access to current manuscript, original search records, full-text PDFs for the six partial studies, and Reviewer 1's RQS workbook. Deliverables include tracked-changes and clean Word versions, all supplementary materials, and audit documentation. Total fee: $3,200 USD. Availability to begin immediately.

Systematic reviews demand methodological rigor that extends beyond manuscript revision—they require verification of every numerical claim against source documentation. This project requires someone who has independently managed PRISMA 2020 workflows, reconciled study corpora across multiple databases, and coordinated dual-reviewer quality assessments with formal disagreement protocols. Core deliverables align directly with demonstrated expertise: database search strategy documentation, RQS workbook coordination with inter-rater agreement metrics, results reconciliation, and supplementary materials assembly. The scope demands hands-on experience with PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science search exports; independent second-reviewer coordination; and statistical consistency across tables, figures, and narrative text. Deliverables will include clean and tracked-change manuscripts, reproducible search appendix with database records, PRISMA 2020 diagram and checklist, comprehensive included-studies table, final RQS workbook with consensus scoring, and response matrix explaining resolution of all verification requests. Timeline and fee depend on document volume and second-reviewer availability. Source documents required before engagement: current manuscript, extraction table, RQS workbook, all database search histories, and full-text PDFs of the six abstract-only reports.

Hi, This review requires careful verification rather than simply editing existing numbers, and that distinction is important. I’d work through the manuscript, database searches, study corpus, extraction data, PRISMA flow, and RQS assessments so every reported figure and methodological statement is traceable to documented evidence. I’ll verify or rerun the PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase, and Web of Science searches where necessary, document exact strategies, dates, limits, exports, and database-specific counts, and reconcile the final study corpus independently. I’ll also ensure the six incomplete reports are properly assessed before final inclusion decisions. For the RQS component, I’ll maintain separate reviewer-level scores, disagreement/adjudication records, consensus results, and appropriate agreement calculations. Once the corpus is confirmed, I’ll recalculate the Results, tables, figures, percentages, and supplementary files for complete consistency. Your satisfaction is my priority, but accuracy and reproducibility come first no invented searches, counts, or procedures. Regards, Aqsa I.

Hi, I have read the project description and can comprehensively revise and finalize the systematic review and all supplementary materials in accordance with PRISMA 2020, with particular attention to reproducibility, numerical consistency, and verification of every reported procedure. I have experience with systematic reviews, PRISMA 2020, database searching, study screening and extraction, quality assessment, RQS evaluation, and academic manuscript revision. I can verify or rerun searches across PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase, and Web of Science where access is available, reconcile the complete study corpus, assess the six incomplete reports, rebuild the PRISMA flow, and update the included-studies table, Results, figures, percentages, search appendix, and supplementary materials without inventing missing counts or procedures. I can also coordinate an independent second-reviewer RQS assessment with separate item-level scoring, disagreement/adjudication documentation, consensus scores, and inter-rater agreement. Before starting, I would need the current manuscript, supplements, existing search histories/exports, study library/full texts, extraction files, and current RQS workbook. I have an MSc in Evidence‑Based Healthcare and have led seven systematic reviews with PRISMA 2020 compliance, including multiple RQS assessments for diagnostic accuracy studies. I have institutional access to PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase, and Web of Science, and can rerun searches with full documentation. I will provide an independent second reviewer (PhD level) to conduct a separate RQS assessment, with a documented adjudication process for consensus and inter‑rater agreement. My plan: verify and standardise the 2016‑2025 search period; reconcile the 64‑report corpus with database exports; retrieve and assess the six abstract‑only reports; and rebuild the PRISMA flow diagram. After final corpus and RQS consensus are confirmed, I will recalculate all results and revise the manuscript, tables, and supplements for full internal consistency, removing all journal‑specific placeholders. I can deliver the full package in 5 working days. To start, I need the current manuscript, the original search logs or exported files, and the six partial/abstract reports. Best, Summer

The hardest part is the verification of completed procedures, the brief says PRISMA 2020 must be followed and only completed and verified things reported. I will build this by first standardizing the review period to 2016, 2025 everywhere from the title down to the supplementary files, so this anchors all other work. Then I will verify the searches in PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase, and Web of Science, pulling the exact database-specific search strings, the search dates and limits, and search histories or exports. I will also confirm the number of records identified from each database and that eligible 2025 publications were systematically searched. If original searches cannot be verified, I rerun them and document everything clearly. I build the search verification first because that is the raw data for the PRISMA diagram and the number of records found, so all downstream reporting depends on it. If eligible 2025 publications were not systematically searched, do you want me to use a specific method to catch them or rerun the whole search? 8 reviews on here, everything delivered on time and on the agreed price so far, plus Preferred Freelancer status. By the end of the first day or two, I will have the review period standardized and the initial search verification data compiled, so you will see the foundational elements in place.

I can help you turn this manuscript into a single, verifiable, submission-ready package by treating the inconsistencies as a data-integrity problem rather than an editing task. My approach focuses on three critical areas: audit, correction, and independent verification. I will first build a master reconciliation sheet that traces every number (from the 59 included studies to the 2016–2025 timeframe) back to its source record. This ensures the PRISMA diagram, tables, and narrative match exactly. If the search documentation cannot be verified, I will flag it immediately and rerun the searches to produce clean, exportable histories. For the RQS, I will not rely on a single scorer. I will coordinate a second, independent reviewer to perform the scoring separately. I will then compile a comparative workbook that documents every disagreement and the rationale for the final consensus, ensuring the inter-rater reliability is defensible. The final deliverable will be a clean package where the Methods section states only what was done, the numbers are traceable, and the response matrix provides a clear audit trail for every request you have listed.

Hi there, I got that you are looking for a systematic-review researcher to independently verify the 2016–2025 search process, reconcile the study corpus, complete the second-reviewer RQS assessment, and bring the manuscript and supplements into full PRISMA 2020 consistency. This is what I can help you with, let's chat. My approach is to audit the manuscript against PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase, and Web of Science search records, then rebuild the evidence trail using structured data checks and statistical reconciliation. I will verify every record count, assess the six incomplete reports, document RQS item-level disagreements, calculate inter-rater agreement, and recalculate all Results, percentages, tables, and figures from the confirmed corpus. No search counts, eligibility decisions, or methodological claims will be invented. As final deliverables you will receive the clean and tracked Word manuscripts, reproducible search appendix, database records and count-reconciliation sheet, PRISMA 2020 diagram and checklist, comprehensive study table, RQS workbook with both reviewers and consensus results, updated supplements, and response matrix. One thing I'd like to confirm before we start: which target journal, if any, should the final manuscript follow? Let's discuss the source files and reviewer arrangement so we can start. Regards, Imran
