I need a streamlined Excel workbook that lets me type in a unit number, date of service, service company, description of the repair, vendor, invoice number, parts cost, labour, and tax, then instantly answers two questions: • “How much did that job cost?” — The sheet must apply a formula that adds parts, labour, and tax so the Total Cost field populates automatically (Yes, calculate totals). • “How is each unit performing over time?” — I want built-in statistics that refresh on entry: service frequency and the average cost per service for every unit (Yes, show statistics with Service frequency; Average cost per service). A small dashboard, pivot table, or anything similarly clear is welcome, provided I can filter by unit and quickly spot where money is going. Keep the file uncluttered, formula-driven, and protected against accidental overwrites while still letting me add rows on the fly. Once delivered, I should be able to drop the workbook into OneDrive and have it work without additional setup. how often the unit is serviced no matter what the service was.
