I’m ready to replace my scattered spreadsheets with a single, purpose-built Excel workbook that acts as a light CRM for my finance practice. The file has to let me enter and view three kinds of data—client information, their financial transactions, and the tasks I’m tracking for them—in one place. From there I want to see quick client summaries, produce straightforward financial reports, and monitor task status without jumping into any external accounting or email tools; this workbook should stand completely on its own. I’m comfortable with formulas and basic filtering, but I’ll need you to set up the underlying tables, relationships, and any VBA or Power Query automation required to make the user experience smooth (drop-down menus, one-click report refresh, protected input areas, etc.). A clean dashboard that highlights key metrics—total portfolio value, upcoming deadlines, overdue tasks—will help me act on the data quickly. Deliverables • An unlocked Excel file (latest stable version) containing the data entry sheets, relational tables, dynamic reports, and a summary dashboard • Brief in-file documentation or a one-page PDF explaining how to add new clients, record transactions, update tasks, and refresh reports I’ll test the workbook with sample data and sign off once I can: 1. Add a new client and automatically see them in the reports. 2. Post transactions that roll into financial summaries without manual tweaks. 3. Update a task’s status and watch the dashboard reflect the change instantly. 4.
